When will I get my Cash Back Reward?
Your cash back reward will be processed and mailed to you within 30 days
of your successful closing.
Where does my rebate come from?
Qualified Union Home Services™ REALTORS® have a desire to make it more
affordable for union members to own a home and have agreed to participate
in the Union Home Services™ Benefits Program. Union Home Services™ REALTORS®
pay a fee to Union Home Services™ which enables us to provide you your rebate.
How will I receive my Union Home Services™ partner savings benefits?
If you use a Union Home Services™ professional real estate service partner
and have been approved for a benefit, you will receive reduced fees or credits
at the time of the closing of your real estate transaction. Final terms of these
benefits will be determined by the individual professional real estate services
partners and agreed to by you prior to contracting them for their service.
Is this program only for people who are buying a home?
No. Though primarily designed to make buying a home more affordable for union
members and their families, you may use the program for the purchase and sale
of any real estate including your personal residence, rentals, vacation property,
vacant land, commercial and business real estate.
How is my Union Home Services™ REALTOR® selected for me?
Your UHS REALTOR® has been qualified through Union Home Services™ to be an ethical
and experienced real estate professional who works in the area you live in or
are looking to buy in. They must be members of the National Association of
REALTORS®, the nations largest and most credible organization for real
estate professionals.
What if I don't like the UHS REALTOR® who is selected for me?
On the rare occasion that this does happen, please feel free to discuss this
with your UHS Advocate. Describe other details that you are looking for in a
REALTOR®. Your UHS Advocate will then find you a UHS REALTOR® who they feel
will be more appropriately suited to your needs.
What are the hours of operation for Union Home Services?
8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
What happens if I call after your hours of operation?
We encourage you to use the Contact Us email form available at
www.unionhomeservices.com.
You will be able to email a detailed message that will be replied to the next
business day. If you choose to call after hours, you will be directed to our
voice mail system. By leaving a voice mail message, your UHS Advocate will
call you back the next business day to assist you.
Are there conditions or disclaimers that may effect the Program?
Yes. The Union Home Services™ Benefits Program is not available in areas where
it is unlawful to provide rebates on real estate transactions. Rebates may vary
based on commission amounts and other fees associated with the purchase and
sale of real estate in your area. You must be registered with Union Home
Services™ and you must work solely with your assigned REALTOR®. The rebate
is not applicable if you are already working with an agent or you complete
a real estate transaction with an agent who has not been assigned to you
through this program as a qualified Union Home Services™ REALTOR®.
NOTE: This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other rebate program.
